Where the number comes from.
Two things put a number in front of SuperSwipe. Texting START to the number above records a handset-proven opt-in and gets one confirmation back. Winner texts have a stricter source: no lists, no imports, only the number a fan types into a draw entry form with the consent box ticked.
A store runs a draw
Fans tap Enter draw on the store's own product page. Standard draws charge the saved card automatically and send no texts. SMS is used in pay after draws only.
The fan types their number
The entry form asks for name, email, shipping address, and phone with the country dial code. Numbers are stored in international format.
Consent is a deliberate tick
Every box on the consent step starts empty. Continue stays off until the fan ticks them all, including the Email and SMS consent line.
Winners get one text
If the fan is selected, one transactional text delivers their private checkout link. Fans who are not selected are never texted.
The number is collected once, on the form the fan is already filling out, with the country code attached.
Numbers are checked against the country's rules and stored in international format before anything sends.
The number exists to deliver the result of that draw. There are no promotional texts and no shared lists.
STOP means stop.
Reply STOP to any message and the number is blocked at our SMS provider, so the block holds across every store and every draw. Reply HELP for assistance, as set out in the privacy policy.
